Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

This policy applies to a range of offerings, including hospitality tickets, entertainment/event access passes, and any care packages you may receive from us.

To be eligible for a return, any physical item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging (if applicable). For tickets, terms vary depending on the event provider, but we will assist wherever possible within the 30-day window.
Non-returnable items and experiences.

Certain items and services are non-returnable or non-refundable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., sanitary pads included as part of care packages)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Digital/downloadable content
  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

Event and hospitality tickets where the event has already taken place or where cancellation terms do not allow for refunds

Please note: Hospitality and entertainment ticket returns are subject to event-specific terms and conditions. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, you may be entitled to a refund or an alternative arrangement.
To complete your return

We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send any items back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted (where applicable)

Books or media with obvious signs of use

Opened software, CDs, DVDs, or similar

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Tickets returned within the eligible period but with administrative deductions (based on event terms)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. We’ll also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds.

 

If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank—there’s often processing time before refunds are visible.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at {email address} and send the item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll send you a gift certificate.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, we will refund the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

To return an item, please mail it to: {physical address}.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is granted, return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
